Bird's Nest Soup with Lotus Seeds, Longan, Red Apple

Ingredients:

5g dried bird's nest, soaked until softened

10g lotus seeds

10g dried longan

2 red apples

50g rock sugar

3 slices of ginger

300ml purified water

Cooking Instructions: 

Step 1: Boil the dried lotus seeds for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Soak the red apples in clean water for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Add 50g of rock sugar to 300ml of boiling water, stir until dissolved, then strain to remove impurities.

Step 4: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and steam for 30 minutes. Serve hot or with ice.
