We are NutriNest Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company headquartered at 316 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, certified by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning & Investment with business registration certificate number 0303751580 issued for the first time on April 21, 2005, and amended for the 9th time on October 16, 2013, operating through the website nutrinest.com and its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and offices unless otherwise specified.
By accessing our website, you agree to these terms. The website reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any part of the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted, you accept those changes.

Nutrinest.com checks, confirms the order, and ships.
Customers check and receive the goods.
Method 2: Payment on delivery:
Customers place orders; provide complete and verified information.
Nutrinest.com verifies the order.
Nutrinest.com confirms customer information (phone, message, email).
Nutrinest.com ships.
Customers receive and pay for the goods. In all cases, customers can check transaction information via email sent to the registered customer mailbox with Nutrinest.com or check the transaction status at the website http://www.nutrinest.com/vi/check-orders. Additionally, customers can review transaction history by logging into their account at the Nutrinest.com website. If customers want to update information, they can inform Nutrinest.com via the hotline 08 3997 0666 / 0987 567 666.
We are responsible for the content of information provided on the electronic information page Nutrinest.com, complying with the regulations of the Law on contracts, orders, and payments.
9. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OF TRANSACTIONS AT NUTRINEST
In any case, customers have the right to terminate transactions if they have taken the following measures:
Notify nutrinest.com of the transaction cancellation via hotline 08 3997 0666 / 0987 567 666. Return the goods received but not used or enjoyed any benefits from those goods (according to the return policy at http://www.nutrinest.com/vi/huong-dan/chinh-sach-ban-hang).
10. RESOLVING CONSEQUENCES OF ENTERING INCORRECT COMMERCIAL INFORMATION AT NUTRINEST
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when engaging in transactions at nutrinest.com. In the event that a customer enters incorrect information on the Nutrinest.com online sales information page, we reserve the right to refuse to process the transaction. Furthermore, in all cases, customers have the right to unilaterally terminate the transaction if they have taken the following measures:

In the event that incorrect information arises from Nutrinest.com's side, which Nutrinest.com can prove to be a system error or from a third party (incorrect product price, origin, etc.), Nutrinest.com will compensate the customer with a discount code for subsequent purchases with an amount depending on each specific case, and reserve the right not to process the faulty transaction.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes, complaints, or disputes arising from or related to transactions at Nutrinest.com or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and/or Court according to Chapter 4 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights regarding Dispute Resolution between consumers and organizations, individuals doing business in goods, and services.
12. TERMINATION PROVISIONS
