WARRANTY POLICY

I. CONDITIONS:

1. Products purchased at directly owned stores or bought online.
2. Customers may exchange the product for another or receive a refund if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product during use, without the need to provide proof.
3. If the intent to exchange is not due to a product defect, customers may exchange for another product of equal or greater value within 7 days, provided that the product still has its original warranty seal.

II. HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT:

• STEP 1: Call the hotline at 028 6281 3581 or send information via email to info@nutrinest.com to notify about the product exchange request.

• STEP 2: Package the product. Include inside the package the information required for the new product exchange (order number, buyer's phone number, name of the product to be exchanged).

Note: Packaging method for bird's nest:

• It is advisable to pack the bird's nest in a plastic box of just the right size.

• Then, you must use a styrofoam box for the plastic boxes containing the bird's nest inside.

• Around the inside of the styrofoam box, you should pad with soft items such as shock-proof nylon, fabric, or foam padding.
